A game of gravity. Go crash some planets! Created by Stefano Meschiari A game of gravity. Go crash some planets!Make a planetary system of your own creation be stable (i.e. no planet is ejected, or collides with another body). This is of course exceedingly easy when your system comprises of a few Earth-mass planets, but dynamical instability can quickly set in when adding a lot of heavier bodies (from giant planets, all the way to stellar companions). The challenge is then to fit as many massive bodies as possible inside 2 AUs (twice the distance between the Earth and the Sun), teetering close to instability but lasting at least 500 years. Accordingly, the game rewards a daring player with more points (proportionally to the mass of each body added to the system).

Reasons why Solar Model is a good alternative to Super Planet Crash
Solar Model (a game of gravity) is an alternative game to Super Planet Crash. Solar Model is a game that helps teach students about solar system dynamics and the different gravitational forces. Students get to customize their own systems, create new interactivity, and learn how each part of the universe affects one another. As opposed to Super Planet Crash which only lets the player recreate the same scenario over and over, Solar Model has various options that can be used to improve learning experience.
Reasons why Orbit Runner is a good alternative to Super Planet Crash
Orbit Runner is a game of physics, where the player controls an orbiting spaceship and must avoid collisions with meteorites while collecting fuel tanks. There are three game modes: survival mode, where the player tries to get as far as possible before running out of fuel; time trial mode, where they try to beat their own time in both survival and death race modes; and death race mode, where players compete against one another to be the last man standing.
Reasons why Particle Sandbox is a good alternative to Super Planet Crash
Particle Sandbox is a tool that has been developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Media Lab. This software is a sandbox where you can create and manipulate your own particle creations in a virtual environment. It was created in the late 1980s and it has since been used for education purposes in physics, chemistry, engineering, and computer science classes. The program has also been employed in many other fields such as architecture and media arts to be used for scientific visualization.
Reasons why Wear Orbits is a good alternative to Super Planet Crash
The game of Super Planet Crash has been around for years, only recently receiving a reboot in the form of Wear Orbits. The new edition has many improvements over the original, making it an overall better game. Firstly, Wear Orbits is available on more devices than SPC is. This means that most people with any kind of compatible device can play the game without having to purchase anything extra.
